Closes #22

On the first launch of a new desktop version, clear the persist:sunburn HTTP cache before loading the page. Clients that cached the web app before sunburn#127 (no Cache-Control) kept loading the old build after updating to 1.5.2: window controls overlay present, but no title bar strip to drag by.

Cookies/localStorage are untouched (clearCache only drops the HTTP cache).
