Closes #18

Closing the window hides it to a tray icon (Show Sunburn / Quit). Tray Quit, restart-to-update and before-quit all bypass the hide.
Single-instance lock: a second launch shows the existing window (also the way back when no tray is available).
Hidden title bar with titleBarOverlay; the page sets its colours via the new setTitleBarOverlay bridge (hex only, validated).
SUNBURN_ORIGIN env var overrides the origin for local testing against vite dev.

Ship after sunburn#125 is deployed, otherwise the old PWA has no drag area and sits under the window buttons.

May need a trivial rebase against #17 (both touch the whenReady block).
