Closes #8

  • Linux: pw-dump/pw-link via promisified execFile (no shell, no main-thread blocking); bail out of the link loop if the loopback was stopped/replaced meanwhile.
  • Windows: send PCM buffer directly instead of Array.from.
  • preload: onAudioPcmData returns an unsubscribe function (PWA must call it on teardown; tracked separately).

Tested: node --check only (no test suite; needs manual Linux/Windows run).
