feat: add registry connections for private container registries 5836a7018d

Adds encrypted registry connection management to organizations, allowing
users to store credentials for private container registries (Docker Hub,
GHCR, etc.) via the Settings > Connections tab.

feat: distributed deployment mode, VPA/HPA improvements, and workload status 42ce9460ec

Multi-container task definitions can now deploy each container as a separate
Deployment + Service (distributed mode) with Kubernetes DNS for inter-service
communication. Also adds PROVISIONING/REMOVING workload statuses, VPA CPU
control with HPA stabilization window, removes resource limits for VPA
right-sizing, and fixes TLS secret copy for local development.
